Posisi:
- Laboratory Supervisor
Kriteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Food Technology, Chemical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of laboratory experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory role and specified in chemical analysis, proximate analysis (wet chemistry), microbiology
- Proficiency in operating analytical instruments such as Spectrophotometer, neter, ELISA, NIRS, HPLC, GC-MS, LC-MS, and AAS, particularly within the food and beverage, feed mill, canning, seafood processing, cosmetics, pharmaceutical, or related industries
- Strong leadership skill with the ability of supervise, train, and motivate technicians
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to placed in Banyuasin, Sumatera Selatan
Job Description:
- Strong knowledge and practical experience in proximate analysis (moisture, ash, crude fat, crude fiber, crude protein, carbohydrate by difference, etc)
- Ensure adherence to Good Laboratory Practices, ISO Standards, and Food Safety/Quality Management systems FSSC/HACCP/GMP/GLP
- Develop laboratory schedules and activities, and ensure that data entry and validation in the LIMS are carried out in accordance with the established timeline
- Proficient in operating and maintaining laboratory instruments used for proximate analysis
- Ensure that all equipment and analytical instruments are operating properly and smoothly, as well as monitor the stock of chemicals and other consumables
- Provide and deliver comprehensive verbal and written reports to the superior and the Board of Directors on activities and tasks performed, in accordance with the established schedule
- Strong knowledge in Laboratory safety procedures which included to monitor compliance with environmental health, and safety regulation, quality assurance, and laboratory standards
- Supervise all team members under his/her responsibility and develop members quality improvement plans within the QC and Laboratory department
- Collaborate with the production, procurement, formulation, R&D, and other relevant department
