Posisi:

• Mandarin – English – Indonesian Translator

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a professional translator/interpreter in construction or a related field
• Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Indonesian (spoken and written)
• Minimum education: High school graduate (Bachelor’s degree in Mandarin, English, or Linguistics is preferred)
• Familiarity with construction or MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) terminology is an advantage
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and translation tools
• Detail-oriented, responsible, ethical, and able to work independently or in teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide real-time oral interpretation in Mandarin, English, and Indonesian during meetings, site visits, and daily operations
• Translate technical and non-technical documents (e.g., contracts, manuals, reports, formal letters, presentations) across the three languages
• Ensure accuracy in meaning, terminology, style, and context in all translations
• Act as a communication bridge between multilingual teams to prevent miscommunication and delays
• Coordinate with internal teams and external parties to support seamless project execution
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional ethics in all language services
