Posisi:

• INTERNAL AUDIT SUPERVISOR

Job Description:

• Pertturm and control the full audit cycle induding risk management and control management over operations effectiveness, financial reliability and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations
• Determine internal audit scope and develop annual plans
• Ottain, analyze and evaluate accounting documentation, previous reports, data, fiovicharts etc
• Prepare and present reports that reflect audit’s results and document process
• Act as an objective source of independent advice to ensure validity, legality and goal achievement
• Identify loopholes and recommend risk aversion measures and cost savings
• Maintain open.communication with management and audit committe Document process and prepare audit findings memorandum
• Conduct follow up audits to monitor management’s interventions
• Engage to continuous knowledge development regarding sector’s rules, regulations, best practices, tools, techniques and performance standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineer/industrial Engineer/Accounting/Agronomy with at least 3.00 GPA
• At least 3 years’ experience as Internal Auditor or related fields
• Having work experience in Palm Oil Mill/Palm Oil Refinery/Sugar Mill is a plus point
• Understand the professional standards issued by the internal Audit Association
• Comply with the internal Audit code of ethics
• Knowledge the principles of good corporate governance and risk management can be proven with supporting certificates or portofolios
• Willing to be placed in all company business unit in Indonesia
