Posisi:

• HSE Officer

Kriteria:

• Minimum Diploma (D3) in Occupational Health & Safety or a related field
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar HSE role, preferably in the oil & gas industry
• Certified in K3 Migas Cepu
• Skilled in HSE reporting and familiar with relevant procedures
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Ms. Word, Excel, etc)
• Able to work well both independently and within a team

Responsibilities

• Conduct safety inductions, inspections, and emergency simulations
• Prepare and submit daily HSE reports
• Execute and monitor the implementation of monthly HSE programs
• Foster a proactive safety culture through awareness and continuous supervision
• Identify potential hazards and support preventive action planning
