Tiktok Indonesia, saat ini sedang membutuhkan karyawan untuk posisi :

  1. Account Management, Incubation (E-commerce)
  2. Seller Education

Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Planning and executing segment-wise seller education and training with the aim of achieving operational e<ciency, policies adoption, and ultimately business growth
  • Identifying room for improvement in tooling, SOPs and support for sellers who are promoting and selling products on TikTok Shop platform
  • Providing ongoing support and training to sellers to improve performance, and study key attributes of successful cases; Building courses/trainings to sellers in line with global policies and local strategy
  • Design and create promotion materials or projects for seller incubation in collaboration with the incubation team, seller engagement team and management teams
  • Tracking seller progress and impact of curriculum and trainings on seller performance

Ǫualifications :

  1. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or above – 2-5 years of experience in seller training, seller engagement, and/or seller management from e-commerce platforms, or e-commerce sales from brands
  2. Strong understanding of influencers, social media, e- commerce, livestreaming, and digital trends landscape
  3. Strong communication, public speaking, organizational, and time management skills; comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  4. Proficient in English and native Indonesian language

3. Bussines Development, Online Acquisition ( E- Commerce)

  • Manage the end-to-end process of acquisition and incubation of potential online merchants (including, but not limited to, leads generation, cold contact, and onboarding)
  • Build and maintain relationships with merchants
  • Help merchants become familiar with the platform and its features
  • Maintain quality service and cooperation with merchants to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
  • Discover new collaborative opportunities fit into merchants’ short-term and long-term development plan

Ǫualifications :

  1. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or above – 2-5 years experience, preferably in ecommerce; direct experience in merchant acquisition and incubation preferred
  2. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  3. Outgoing and comfortable communicating with new people (including cold contact)
  4. Strong connections with big online sellers are preferred
  5. A good team player, fast learner and open to changes
  6. Proficient in Excel and Power Point
  7. Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia

4. Business Development, Offline Acquisition (E- commerce)
Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Lead local ops to acquire oXine merchants in places such as wholesale markets, malls, manufacturing bases
  • Work directly with oXine team leader to track acquisition progress, provide feedback and drive improvements
  • Conduct daily and weekly review with local ops to identify painpoints and improvement potential

Ǫualifications :

  1. Minimum bachelor’s degree. Business, Marketing, Sociology, Media, or English majors are preferred – 1-4 years of experience in project management, merchant acquisition, oXine event organization or working with oXine wholesale merchants
  2. Willing to always be on-the-go and be stationed in local merchant sites
  3. Excellent ability to solve problems, deal with uncertainties and handle pressure
  4. Excellent communication skills, both in the team collaboration and with oXine merchants
  5. Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia

5. Seller Engagement (E- commerce)
Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Build and maintain good working relationships with sellers, building trust as key to continuous growth
  • Leveraging good sensitivity in collecting feedbacks from sellers from digital engagement and interactions
  • Build and maintain digital touchpoints delivering regular contents that transfers knowledge as well as motivation
  • Capturing trends among seller community cells, and translating that internally to engagement improvements
  • Delivering the best customer experience by providing the best service
  • Collaborate with cross function team to support and maintain sellers’ learning curve and experience

Ǫualification :

  1. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or above
  2. 2-5 years of experience in seller education, engagement and/or seller community experience from e-commerce platforms, or e-commerce sales from brands
  3. Strong understanding of influencers, social media, e- commerce, livestreaming, and digital trends landscape
  4. Strong communication, public speaking, organizational, and time management skills; comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  5. Ability to form judgements and empathy towards sellers and analyze situations to understand sellers needs and boost productivity
  6. Proficient in English and native Indonesian language
