About The Program:
Management trainee is a comprehensive program that provides young graduates with exposure to different functions to accelerate their careers and shape them to become project leaders of the company. As a Management Trainee you will do on the job training for a certain duration, so you will be able to run projects in the several department.
Requirements:
- Bachelor or master degree graduate
- Have leadership experience in an organization
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Skilled at working collaboratively, developing creative solutions, and accomplishing team goals
- Good communication in English
- Have interest in Product/Sales/Finance
