Job Description :

• Responsible for answering game players’ questions, handling players’ complaints, recording the feedback
• Assist operation dept. to propose suggestions for game optimization to improve game operation data
• Accomplish other tasks delivered by the supervisor

Requirements :

1. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
2. Passionate for games, enjoy communicating with users, understand users’ mentality and habits as well
3. Passionate for game industry career
4. Prefer player of Mobile Legends Bang Bang
5. Fluently speaking in English, Malay and Bahasa
6. Have mature teamwork spirit
7. Have a proactive working attitude and professional ethics, can work under pressure
8. Willing to work on Shifting Schedule (Shift I : 09.00 –
   18.00 and Shift II : 14.00 – 23.00)
