- strong in data and excel formulas
- strong oral and written English skills to communicate with internal stakholders and potential candidate
- Excellent coordination and communication skills
- Strong initiative and proactive work ethic (knows what to do & can think two to three steaps ahead)
2.Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP)
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree,majoring in psychology,management,or industrial Engineering will be preferable
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in organisational Development,HRPB or HR generalist area
- Hands-on experience in industrial relation, recruitment,organtisation structure analysis,perfomance management and manpower planning
- you will be placed in one of shopee’s departments : Business development,operations,tech,product,Business intelligence, Shopeepay,ShopeeFood or sunter warehouse
3.Senior Human Resources Business Partner (SHRBP)
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
- 4-5 years of experience working alongside business Heads and/or Manager in a dynamic and fast -paced environment
- Excellent and dynamic and project management skills
- Storng problem solving and stakeholder management skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with high empathy
- High adaptability and open-mindedness to changes
- Passion for people and advancements beyond the business as usual (BAU) Projects
