Responsibilities :
- Plan and operate e-commerce promotion activities around TikTok ecology, and establish e-commerce consumption mentality of platform users
- Be familiar with the creation of e-commerce content, be able to plan content matrix and marketing play for different types of commodity promotion needs, and be responsible for the final communication and transformation effect;
- According to the characteristics of local users, sort out and precipitate reproducible content marketing play, precipitate short video / live with goods play SOP
Requirements :
- 3-7 years of experience in e-commerce specialising in livestreams years of experience in e-commerce specialising in livestreams
- Proficient in English and native Indonesian language
- Excellent writing skills, planning, copywriting, live content planning or editing work experience or large company marketing planning experience
- Keen user product awareness, familiar with domestic and foreign strong interactive products such as TikTok and Instagram, like to understand and accept new things, have a wide range of interests, and are sensitive to hot topics and news hotspots Strong executive ability, communication ability and pressure resistance, can quickly get the results

- Manage social handles with marketing team, and collaborate with marketing, operation and growth teams to build e-commerce brand awareness

Responsibilities :
- Responsible for e-commerce Merchant/Creator marketing, collaborate with HQ team to localise e-commerce Merchant/Creator marketing strategy
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to better understand Merchant/Creator’s insights and develop effective and creative B2B marketing plan accordingly
- Leverage internal/external resources to localise and execute Mechant/Creator marketing assets, eg. Merchant/Creator pitch deck, visual/video creative assets, online/offline seminar/summit etc.
Requirements :
- Bachelor degree or above, 3-10 years of relevant marketing experience. B2B/E-commerce related experience is a plus
- Excellent English oral/writing skills
- Experience in independently planning and executing marketing campaigns
- Familiar with TikTok short video and livestreaming eco-system as well as other social media platforms eg. Facebook, Instagram, Whatsapp etc.
- Self-motivated, strong communication and project management skills, adaptable to fast-paced and changing working environment
