Job Decriptions :

• Probing new phone number for uncontactable user/Main Family via data provided and skip trace through social media and phone verification
• Negotiation & creativity to get many contactable phone number for the user and Main Family
• Verify contactable phone number
• Bridging to understand user’s struggles to repay
• Educate user or provide solutions for team
• Collect from users (to get PTP)

Requirements :

1. Maximum Age 27 years
2. Preferably experience in Skip Tracing in Fintech Company
3. Minimum D3 from All Major
4. Good attitude, integrity, and target oriented achievement
5. Best practice in Social Media and Communication Via Telephone
6. Fresh graduate are welcome
7. Shift time
